Melting tematue: 260~290 C. The poduct of gls additive is 275~280 C. The melting tematue should be avoided above 300 degees C.Mold tematue: ecommended 80 degees C. The mold tematue will affect the cystallinity, and the cystallinity will affect the physical poties of the poduct. Fo thin walled pltic pats, if the mold tematue below 40 degees is used, the cystallinity of the pltic will change with time. In ode to maintain the geometical stability of the pltic pat, annealing teatment is needed.Injection pessue: usually in 750~1250ba, depending on the mateial and poduct design. Injection speed: high speed (fo einfoced mateial should be slightly lowe). Runne and gate:Because the solidification time of PA66 is vey shot, the location of the gate is vey impotant. Gate atue should not be less than 0.5*t(hee t is the thickness of the pltic pat). If the hot unne is used, the gate size should be smalle than the conventional channel, because the hot unne helps pevent the pematue solidification of the mateial.
